Infrastructure & Operations: Managing servers, network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and mentoring IT staff, setting performance goals, and providing technical leadership.
Security & Data Integrity: Ensuring data security through backups, firewalls, and implementing cybersecurity policies.
Strategic Planning: Aligning IT initiatives with company goals, developing long-term technology roadmaps, and advising on, and implementing, new systems.
Budgeting & Vendor Management: Preparing IT budgets and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Troubleshooting: Leading the response to major system failures and resolving complex technical issues.
Persyaratan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT management, including experience with network administration, system security, and project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in systems administration (Windows/Linux), network protocols, cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity frameworks.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Certifications: Often preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM
